SHIMAKSHA TOOL COMPANY Plot No C- 50, M.I.D.C, Miraj. Established in 1983 is Manufacturing Carbide Tipped / Solid Carbide / HSS Cutting Tools & Wear Parts.
A) Carbide Tip Brazed Tools are manufactured by Tip Brazing to Alloy Steel Shank with crack resistant Silver + copper + silver joint on high frequency induction heaters, within few seconds. Also Brazed Tools are cooled slowly to room temperature due to which Tools gives the double tool life than ordinary brazing.
B) Solid Carbide Tools / Cutter / Reamer are manufactured on 5 Axis CNC Tool Grinder by using imported Carbide Rods from Italy, Germany & U.S.A.
C) HSS Cutting Tools are Manufactured of HSS M2, M35, M42, T42, Material & Heat Treated in a Vacuum Furnace, Square & Round white bits are manufactured in T 42 Grade HSS,
D) Carbide Wear parts such as Centres MT1 to MT6, Work Rest Plates for centreless grinder, Wear Pads for Band Saw Machine. All wear Parts as per drawing only. For Wear parts we are using very tough & wear resistant Carbide Tips & Tips are brazed with crack resistant sandwitched joint.
Technical staff of company is having Production Engineering / Tool Engineering / Tool Manufacturing Experience of last 30 years.
